(GREENVILLE, SC, February 3, 2020) - Greenville’s Pro Wrestling TURBO is excited to announce that aspiring pro wrestlers will have a place to launch their career. Wrestling Legend Austin Idol will train students beginning with the inaugural Spring 2020 class in March and registration for this once-in-a-lifetime experience is open at http://universalwrestlingcollege.com/contact.htm.


The Universal Wrestling College shares a location with the gym 4Balance Fitness, which is also Pro Wrestling TURBO’s base of operations, having played host to past and future TURBO live wrestling events. In addition to a curriculum in wrestling technique and psychology, students will have access to the wide array of knowledge of physical fitness and equipment offered by 4Balance Fitness. The Universal Wrestling College is unique from other schools in the independent wrestling scene by offering students a full service gym as part of their tuition fee. 


Pro Wrestling TURBO is proud to play a role in the development of future wrestlers by providing a live example for students to aspire to and get on-the-field experience right at home. 


In total, UWC staff and trainers have a combined 81 years of professional wrestling experience to share with the next generation of wrestling stars.


Pro Wrestling TURBO is an independent wrestling promotion founded in March of 2018 with the promise of becoming the most exciting destination for action in the Upstate. TURBO is critically acclaimed for its boutique style family-friendly experience, creative matches, and for running out of unique venues.


4Balance Fitness is owned and operated by NCSA certified coach Michael Cole. The gym emphasizes science-based functional strength training and provides group fitness, nutrition plans, personal training, and more. Founded in 2009, it found a new location at 297A Garlington Road in Greenville in September 2018.


Universal Wrestling College is a full service wrestling school, beginning it’s first class in March at its new location at 297B Garlington Road in Greenville. It is owned and operated by legendary wrestler “The Universal Heartthrob” Austin Idol, who was one of the biggest stars in many territories across the eastern United States through the 70’s

and 80’s. In 2017, Austin Idol returned to prominence in a revitalized NWA, managing Nick Aldis all the way to the NWA World Heavyweight Championship.
