The Story So Far

In October 2019, Patrick Scott first captured the TURBO World Championship, and would reign for almost two years, aided in his conquest by the sinister Kingsgate faction. In August 2021, Joshua Cutshall ended Scott's historic reign after winning the TURBO Grand Prix tournament. Josh Powers metamorphosed into the "Mad Dog," placing a bounty on his own head through his unique Mad Dog Mayhem match ruleset, in an effort to push himself to new levels of superstardom   One year later, Josh Powers defeated his career rival Patrick Scott to become #1 contender to Cutshall's title, and The Kingsgate went into exile.

Due to COVID, Cutshall had to withdraw from his defense against Powers at Monster Mash 2022, setting up a WILD turn of events that saw BK Westbrook celebrate Halloween as a dual-champion, alongside his partner, Ella Envy (together, they're SUPA Pretty). In 2022, a proliferation of new tag teams emerged in Pro Wrestling TURBO, bringing about the TURBO Tag League, which crowned the inaugural TURBO Tag Team Champions: Bojack & Diego Hill. Additionally, the innovative TURBO Scramble Championship was born, existing to only be defended in free-for-all matches, and that the champion can vacate and convert to a World Championship opportunity after 3 successful defenses (an act known as "prestiging.")

Meanwhile, Dean Richards experienced a career renaissance after snapping a 3 year long losing streak in 2021. Concurrently, perennially beloved fan-favorite TK Stark experienced a slide in his success, resulting in him turning his back on the fans at the beginning of 2023, enlisting the aid of spiritual advisor Neon Beef, and targeting Richards with a series of attacks, leading to a match with Stark's hair on the line against Richards' two-year long winning streak.

While The Mad Dog embarked on a new mad dash to the World Title in 2023, WrestleRanger would subsequently capture BK’s Scramble Title, attracting the attention of rookie sensation Airicademia, and her concerned father, Solar. At that summer's 5th Anniversary Show, Mad Dog Josh Powers dethroned Westbrook for the TURBO World Championship, only for WrestleRanger (having successfully prestiged the Scrampionship) to challenge him to an impromptu defense. The Kingsgate would re-emerge and ambush The Mad Dog, and WrestleRanger would unmask to reveal Patrick Scott as an impostor ranger, who quickly re-captured his old championship. In October, Monster Mash 2023 would see Scott defend against the true WrestleRanger, with "RangerDemia" finally shipping as more than friends, and Mad Dog giving a timely assist to crown WrestleRanger as new world champ!

As 2024 got underway, TK Stark entered as TURBO Scramble Champion; and would lose the Scrampionship to rising star D’Angelo after hostilities between Stark and Richards were rekindled. Monster Mash 2024, would see the feud between Stark and Richards end in dramatic fashion with Richards knocking TK out of a ropeless ring to the marble floor below.

After struggling to find their footing for a couple of years, Mila Johnson and her father, James Johnson joined forces with Drew Hood to form Sports Entertainment Empire. While repelling incursions against Mila’s rival (TURBO stalwart Savannah Evans), and constantly harassing The Mad Dog, S.E.E. captured the TURBO Tag Titles at Southeast Game Exchange '24, invoking the long observed “Freebird Rule” that allows the tag titles to be defended as a trio, with Hood additionally setting his gaze on D’Angelo’s Scramble Title.

BK Westbrook's romance with the gold came full circle when (with the given assistance of Ella Envy) he defeated WrestleRanger (the same being Westbrook lost the Scramble Title to) and became TURBO World Champion for a 2nd time. Airicademia would look to even the odds against Envy, and in the following tag team match "RangerDemia" would wager their spots on the TURBO roster in order to secure a title rematch for WrestleRanger. Turns out, this kind of thing was NOT OK with Airica, who ditched Ranger and left him alone to take the pin from Westbrook & Envy.

To open 2025, TK Stark gave his farewell address to TURBO faithful, and after being interrupted by Airica & Solar, suggested he would give the time remaining on his contract to a certain superhero, much to their chagrin. The former champ, WrestleRanger, has yet to grace the ring since his exile last July. BK Westbrook has successfully repelled challenges from former friend Bojack, and former Scramble champion D'Angelo. Meanwhile, Mad Dog's title ambitions have been bogged down by a string of incursions form JP Lehman's hired hands, leading him to strike up an unexpected alliance with Dean Richards. Concurrently, a pact seems to have been made between SUPA Pretty and Sports Entertainment Empire, to the dismay of both the singles and tag team divisions.
