New Seating Protocol for Fall 2022

We have updated our seating procedure to optimally accommodate our customers and community non-profit partners. Our advance tickets are powered by Ticketleap, and you can either print your tickets or present them on your smartphone to be scanned at the door.

After scanning your ticket, you will be given a wristband that will allow entry in and out of the venue to patronize the food truck, which will be on the patio.

Ringside Seating

Chairs will be reserved for the first 4 rows of tickets purchased, powered by Ticketleap. There will also be chairs reserved for parties purchasing our limited supply of 6-PACK and 10-PACK seating bundles. You will see your party's last name, or organization name, on a paper slip attached to your reserved seats.

  • If party members are ordering separately, you can let us know at checkout who to sit you with

  • For large parties, you can tell us at checkout if you'd rather sit in one row, or in 2 staggered rows

  • The seating map is manually formatted to ensure that your group will not get separated

General Admission + Comped Seating

General admission customers are first-come, first-served. There will be chairs put out across the venue floor until we run out. Any seats that are not indicated as reserved by the attached paper slips are considered open.

If you have received a complimentary ticket from VetTix or one of our charity partners, it is considered general admission and a chair is NOT guaranteed.

General admission tickets will still be available to purchase on Ticketleap after doors open on the day of the event. If you see that General admission is still available online, it should NOT be assumed that there will be a chair available. We will cease online sales when we approach fire code capacity.

Admission is also available at the door until we reach capacity. If you purchased an advance ticket online, you will not be turned away, as your purchase is already factored into the head count for fire code.
